Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed in Idaho and Wyoming
I have been practicing in the mental health field since 2004. I received my undergraduate degree from Idaho State University in social work. While I was completing my undergraduate program, I worked with autistic children. After graduating, I worked as a case manager and a psychosocial rehabilitation worker while I earned my master’s degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University.
I specialize in completing comprehensive diagnostic assessments, GAIN I assessments, ASI assessments, CAAPE-5 assessments, American Society of Addiction Medicine recommendations, and working with adults that struggle with depression and anxiety disorders. I have experience with family conflict and family mediation. I also have experience with relationship issues, psychosis, suicidal ideation, ADHD, anger management, bipolar disorder, divorce, blended family issues, postpartum issues, and women’s issues. I focus on strengths-based and person-centered approach when working with clients. I use therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychoanalysis, family therapy, family mediation, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.
